Steve Durham (Chef)
Steve has over 25 years’ experience within the hospitality industry as a professional Chef, having worked across the UK with some of the country’s most respected Chefs, including Michelin starred Sat Bains and Raymond Blanc.
Steve is a Master Craftsman member of the Craft Guild of Chefs and he has provided a recipe for the 365 Charity Cookbook alongside some great Chefs. He established Food by Steve Durham during his recovery, offering private dining, VIP events and cookery demonstrations. Over the years, Steve has successfully built a network of specialist professionals, suppliers and companies which continues to flourish, along with a variety of recommended hospitality industry partners under The Hospitality Sourcerer, Chef Consultancy
