Smart BoardsLatest additions to our ICT equipment have been 3 Smart Boards, which (when we find out how to use them!) will allow children to operate the computer by pressing on or touching a large screen. |
Sports DayA word about Sports Day for anyone who was not able to come. It was held at Redmoor High School, and was organised as a series of activities, which made sure that everyone could take part. It was a great afternoon, and was very successful thanks to the hard work put in by Mrs. Elliott and her team. |

Theatre VisitsIn June we had a visit form Interplay Theatre - who did a performance based on a seaside theme. This was aimed especially at those students who learn through sensory means and was extremely good, getting an excellent response from those who saw it. We also had a separate performance of Wind in the Willows - an old favourite. |
Red RidgeYet again this year some of the senior students went to Red Ridge in Wales - climbing, abseiling, go-karting, battling the elements etc. A week of great challenge and great fun - and Mr. Smith only got pushed in 3 times! |
